RETURNS

All returns whether for refund, store credit/exchange, or warranty, MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to return.

Our refund policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days from the original date of purchase, returns will be honored with store credit or exchanges only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. An original sales receipt must accompany the shipment.

All returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee of 25%. Special orders are not returnable. All non-stock equipment sales are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and restocking charges.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a refund will be processed, less any applicable restocking fees.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

WARRANTY

Saw King® does not have a warranty program. Many products we offer do have a manufacturer warranty. We will work with any customer to help process any necessary warranty-related repairs.
